Getting Ready for the Season

Snow is still on the ground and the temperatures are only hovering in the mid teens, but we know that Spring will soon arrive, and bring with it new life!

People often ask, “What do you do in the winter?” It is true we have a little more down time than the height of the growing season, but there is much work to be done to make the growing season run as smoothly as possible.  This winter has been time for bookwork, planning, collecting surveys,reaching out to new customers, making improvements, creating this web site, and so much more.  Now as warmer temperatures are around the corner, we get anxious awaiting the time we can get into the fields!
